Returns & Refunds
Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept exchange or returns on non-faulty items so please choose carefully!
We do not refund for the subtle and unavoidable variations in color, texture or scent that sometimes may occur between the batches with natural products, nor do we refund / exchange because a customer may not care for a product’s color, texture or perceived performance on the individual. Nor do we refund for a change of mind. A refund is not available if the customer bought products for someone else who doesn’t want them.
These are not faults.
MixEasy ingredients are extremely unlikely to cause an adverse reaction. If you do experience an allergic reaction cease use. MixEasy is not responsible for any individual reaction to any particular ingredient; please read the ingredient list on this web site before purchase or use.
Do not buy if you are unprepared to take the risk of an adverse or disappointing reaction. While we refund / exchange on faulty products we do not refund / exchange because you don’t like a product or it has caused a reaction. We obviously cannot verify evidence of an adverse reaction with an online customer due to their inability to present in person and at the time to substantiate such a claim. MixEasy accepts no responsibility for any reactions caused by the chosen ingredients and does not accept back products for this reason.
For any product return to be considered for exchange, repair, credit or refund, the customer must first email email@example.com to clarify eligibility.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To be eligible for exchange products must still be 90% full of product. If you need to exchange faulty product, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note it is the responsibility of you, the consumer to be accountable for all custom rates and taxes that are within your own country. MixEasy takes no responsibility for international orders customs and duties as you the receiver are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes relevant to your country you are shipping to. Orders that have been shipped cannot be refunded for unexpected import duties, customs and local sales taxes that you may incur upon collection of your ordered.
As we are unable to advise the amount that your import duties, customs and local sales taxes maybe we recommend contacting your custom office for further details to avoid any unexpected charges on your order.
All items shipped will automatically be left at the address provided at checkout WITH authority to leave. Once the order is dispatched ownership transfers to the customer. Accurately enter and check your full postal details; returned undeliverable mail will attract a re-delivery fee. USPS may use sub-contractors to deliver parcels and we cannot direct them where to leave a parcel if you are out. If you work part / full time please consider having the order sent to you at your work address. While it may seem unlikely, letters and parcels do get stolen, and MixEasy accepts no responsibility for this or any liability to replace lost or stolen items although we will do our best to assist in tracing the missing item. We cannot guarantee that your package goes into the right letterbox or that your package isn’t stolen from your letterbox.
Since we create each product from scratch with custom ingredients, it is a longer process than standard mass market product. It might take up to three-four weeks for you to receive your order. We try our hardest to dispatch all orders asap. We ask for your patience. Please remember there may also be many orders ahead of yours!
